Tonic's Policies
Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with Tonic's policies before booking.
- Tonic requires a minimum 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid a fee.
- Any cancellations with less than 24-hour notice are subject to such a fee (50% of the scheduled service).
- Clients who are 15 minutes late to their appointment will be rescheduled and charged the cancellation fee with no exception. In order to book another appointment, another deposit will be required via an invoice.
- A no show without a credit card on file and zero communication may result in a ban from Tonic Esthetics. Communication is key.
- While we understand things happen in life, missed appointments take compensation away from our skin specialists and also takes opportunity away for another booking to fill that slot. We do our best to avoid using this policy, and ask that you remain compliant.
Payments accepted: Cash, Apple Pay, Venmo, etc.
