Q: Is there anything I have to prepare for my appointment?
If you're getting a facial done, please come with little to no makeup (if you can! I totally understand if you can't due to work or meetings or other prior engagements) to make sure the session is as successful as possible.
Q: Do I have to fill out anything before I get to my appointment?
Every client will be required to fill out a medical history form. Any modalities such as chemical peels, dermaplaning, etc will require an additional waiver. Please come 10 minutes early to your appointment time to make sure we have as much time together as possible!

I require a minimum 24-hour notice of a cancellation or reschedule request. Any cancellations with less than 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Clients who are 15 minutes late or more to their appointment will be rescheduled and charged the cancellation fee.
Above all else, please communicate as soon as you can. I will always accommodate if it’s within possible scheduling capabilities.
Q: What if I get to my appointment late?
Late arrivals will not be afforded an extension of time unless I have no client after you, then I'll be happy to!
Q: I'm under 18 years old, can I still make an appointment?
Clients under the age of 18 must have parental consent! No child under the age of 12 is permitted to have a treatment done.
Q: I have so many coupons to use! Are there any restrictions?
Coupons and discounts cannot be combined or used more than once. Please confirm with the expiration date on the coupon to ensure it's still valid before booking the appropriate service.
Return/refund/exchange policy:
After a treatment is administered successfully, there will be no refunds on treatments.
In the event you purchase any of our products and it is defective or you do not like the product, I offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately at this current time, there are no refunds.
